You can take synflex , thrice a day till the pain subsides. But it would be better if you visit the dentist to treat the cause.
I can't untill i see myself what's wrong with it.
The most i can give you is over-the-counter which is calpol 500mg twice a day or ponstan forte or panadol 500 mg, other than that i highly recommend getting a prescribed medication from your nearby clinic.

u can take tercica 300mg twice a day just to ease her pain n must visit near by dental clinic
take Mobil-K 100mg and visit your nearest dentist. also take Tornil mouthwash it will help a lot. do not add water to this mouthwash

You cab take Brufen DUO as a painkiller for the time being and later get it checked.
Tab synalgo 400 mg thrice a day and enziclore mouth wash twice a day
take ansaid or flubiprofen 100 mg one tablet morning one tablet evening and visit a dentist nearby for clinical assesment and then get that tooth treated or take prescribed medications thankyou ..
if she is hypertensive(BP) or diabetic please do tell this to the dentist so that he/ she can prescribe medications accordingly ...
