Asking For Self, Female, 25 Years old, karachi
I have a toothache, and it feels like there are cracks in my teeth that might require filling. When I drink cold water, my tooth hurts and feels very sensitive. Because of this, I can’t even drink cold water comfortably. I won’t be able to get a filling for at least a month. Can you please suggest some medicines that can help relieve the pain and sensitivity in the meantime?
Tab Calamox 625mg |+|. Tab Nims 100mg |+|. Tab Flagyl 400mg |+|.

please visit a dental clinic as teeth need to be assessed for cracks because the treatment is diiferent
Use any desensitising tooth paste and mouth was like Prodent or sensodyne and any good pain killer. Use tea/coffee/cold drinks/cold water when nearly at room temperature.
just use pain killers ,take care of oral hygiene ,brushing after every meal,no need to use antibiotics.try to cut off sugar from your diet
Use sense T toothpaste along with panadol ( mild pain) . Avoid extreme temp liquids like hot tea coffee or iced things like icecream or iced tea. Visit dental clinic asap so underlying issue can be resolved.

You should visit your nearest clinic. What you're describing is dental nerve pain. It can be controlled by painkillers for a limited time as it often worsens over time.
