Asalam o alaikum I am 12 + weeks pregnant with the second child.I have severe toothache since yesterday my tooth need rct.I Asked my dentist on phone he prescribed amoxil 250 mg twice a day .. My question is ,is using amoxil is safe in pregnancy
Amoxil is safe but You can proceed for procedure in pregnancy also no issue

Your dosage is not ok. Don’t use medicine without prescription of dentist . See a dentist as soon as possible
Amoxicill is safe in pregnancy. you are having pain in good time u can avail this time and go for rct as it .ll b hard in last trimester. medication is not solution for dental pain but treatment is . so visit ur nearest dentist and start your rct.
If it’s too pain full visit dentist he can atleast open the chamber and relieve it till your pregnancy over ! I would personally believe if it’s only pain full no infection just pain killer will help more of help will be opening of Chamber !
