Wait until delivery and just keep the tooth clean by brushing after every meal and take plain panadol for pain
At this stage of pregnancy, no elective treatment can be done. Medicines for pain should be used with caution too. You can have one tab of Panadol when needed. After delivery, we can have an xray and after wards root canal treatment or extraction can be done.
The reason of pain in gums and teeth in pregnancy is the imbalances in hormones specially progesterone. It'll be fine after delivery.
Get a complete dental check from a dentist. he/she will look for the reason of pain. some minimally invasive dental procedures can be easily done during pregnancy. your dentist can better decide after clinical evaluation of the situation. keep your teeth super clean and use paracetamol for pain relief, but do not delay your dental examination.

I think if your sleep and eating is disturbed you must proceed for Extraction or RCt or only Emergency relieve But medicine sa mostly pain relieve nai hota you must go for procedure
