Talk to Dentist on Very Sensitivity At Upper Molar

Aoa Respected sir, i feeling suddenly sensitivity at upper molar since few days. i checkup THQ dr she recommend mn mouthwash and oriz paste but they no give relief. now i have problem in chewing and full day feel pain. if i take tea or take cold water pain start. kindly recommend any dose.

I highly recommend you first go for X-ray PA or OPG. that will confirm actual cause of pain .. most probably one of your tooth decayed from inside which you can't see from naked eyes .. so first go for X ray. OPG preferred.. share your OPG image here I'll tell you what's the cause of this pain . until then use these medications
Tab. Cedrox BD (twice a day )
Tab. Fastaid Plus 50mg (twice a day)
these are just antiinflammatory and painkiller. no antibiotics before confirmation of cause.

advise you an x-ray for this teeth.might be there is deep cavity and it needs to be a Rootcanal.
is it carious ? go get yourself checked by a private dentist ,they will take xray too see either RCT is required.
Take tab dentifen 100mg and torex 550mg for pain and visit your nearby dentist as soon as possible.
take velosef 500mg twice daily
torex IR 550mg for pain twice daily
do salt water rinses
visit any private dentist and get xray done.
There should bhe first Xray for that tooth.As pain is troughout the day and due to tea and cold water it is irreversible pulpitis and need root canal treatment. For temporary pain releif take iburophen or nsaid.

get an x-rays of the tooth, the dental surgeon will manage accordingly.
Waalaikum Assalam get an X-ray first I think you need Root canal treatment
Pain on chewing means u have infection under the root of teeth. U need to understand tht antibiotics only give supportive care as they dont go inside ur teeth.it will only cause comfort till u r taking it n the pain will start again. So get ur teeth treated or else it will go to extraction..
