i dnt think so this type of technology is available in pak yet....laser just do the same action it only cut...other than that all procedure is the same...its better to remove it surgically....get it checked first may be u dont need surgical extraction
First you have get your check up done. An X-ray or an OPG is required. Then your treatment will be planned. Wether it's a surgical or non surgical extraction.
