walikum asalam .Ap ne doctor ki di hui instructions follow ki thi?aur jo uno ne pain killer dei hai woh teen din istemal krein .phir bhi aram na aye tou doctor ky pass dobara jayen .
post op slight pain/discomfort is natural and it should subside within 3-4 days. rinse forcefully after each eating.
