Raat sonay se pehlay brush zaroor karain.
Har khanay k baad pani se kulli kr lain, peechay khana na jama ho.

Me aisa hi karti hu or ab to or zyada khayal karti hu, Namaz wala oani try nahi kya abhi tak kar ke dekhugi. or kya ye hormonal imbalance ki wajh se ho sakta hai

Namak walay pani ki kulliyan din main 3 partaba atleast 1 week k liyay kr k daikhain.
Us se sirf gingivits ho sakta hai, bleeding ya swollon gums. Zayada naheen.
