Walaikum salam. Painkillers are not the treatment. They are just part of symptomatic treatment. Get your tooth treated asap
It's better to get treatment done from any dentist. Because painkillers will only give temporary relief.

You may use any paibkiller that suits u.. But dosage and duration limits are there.. Beyond that, it may cause damage to stomach or kidneys

Voren SR
Synflex 550mg or Caflam 50mg good for pain use twice or 8 hourly.
aoa you can go for any painkiller like 2panadols at a time
for stronger medication you can Choose synflex or Torex IR 550 mg
But ideally u need to see a dentist or at least take online consultation for better diagnosis or treatment options

Synflex is good and panadol ... take when ever the pain occurs and get an xray so that further treatment can be processed meanwhile
