I had cavity and infection in my upper right side third molar, I had 7 days antibiotic course but it was of no use and I had to go for molar extraction, but even after 7 days of extraction and one more course of antibiotics, I still had swallon gums around the extraction site and also on that side of face with swallon lymph nodes in that side of neck. Please suggest something.

do saline rinse 5 to 6 time a day.

Aoa. kindly rinse with salted warm water 3-4 times a day for 1 week.. also use mouthwash twice a day.. n do visit ur dentist again .
And ur lymph node issue cant b due to this. because extraction site is upper not lower..
