you can do saline rinses after 24 hours, you can brush your teeth but brush gently from the extraction site. Eat soft diet for 2 3 days.

you can brush no need to worry. plus you can do gargles with lukewarm water and salt
You can do both. Be gentle with brushing and don’t do rinses forcefully. Just be gentle with both.
