if the pain is severe the get it out asap before it causes severe problems. other then that if the pain is mild then you can gale brufen alone or you can do a proper antibiotic course for 3 to 5 days.
Two panadol thrice daily for 4-5 days is safest option. If that doesn't settles the pain then you can add inflamatix 100mg with the two panadol tablets in the same way. The permanent solution is to get it extracted if needed. The pain killers should not be used for more than 4-5 days, they can have serious side effects.

You can take ibuprofen for the temporary pain relief. Do warm salt water rinses.

abi pain kitni hai? koi swelling aur patient ki koi medical history blood pressure ,diabetic, koi stomach issue
good take caflam 50mg when you feel pain its better to remove the cause of pain by visiting the dentist
