walaikum asalam, if you're fasting then do lukewarm salt water rinses 4-5 times, and if you're not fasting then tak one tab synflex 550mg (if you're not a bp patient) , maybe you got infection there but a dentist will give you antibiotic after seeing your tooth clinically or xray.
Take tab augmentin 625mg (1+0+1) for 5 days and tab synflex 550mg (in case of pain). Also visit your nearest dentist to get it evaluated if it’s extraction case or can be restored.
Wisdom tooth need to be extracted as it will cause repeated pain with infection and not good to take medications frequently …
