take painkiller tab synflex 550mg for pain. but u need to remove to this tooth
Take pain killer (Synflex 550mg) 4 times a day for 2-3 days only & do warm salt water rinses 6-8 times a day. Agar phir bhi dard na jaye to x-ray karwa ke isey nikalwanay ka plan kren.
