mjye 2 years sy braces lgi hui thi...ab remove hui han, after braces there are yellow stains on my teeth which I don't like at all... whitening k liye mry pas pasy nhi han...or dentist ne kch lgaya bhi tha un yellow stains k removal k liye but still there are some prominent stain please guide what should I do to get rid of them... thank you

There are multiple options available, and what options to choose will only be decided after proper check up. Options available are, Scaling with polishing, microabrasion, teeth whitening procedure which involves bleaching, white spots removal.
Although you can get minor results from scaling and polishing but it is recommended you get whitening treatment otherwise you won't get the results you want and this problem will remain persistent.
