I'm 19 years old and my teeth have become extremely yellow even to the extent that I cannot even open my mouth to talk because of embarrassment and smile krna to me Bhool hi gyi hon.I brushed my teeth twice a day regularly but nothing sorted . Mery teeth par stains ya koi deposition nhi hy . They are naturally getting yellow. Baking soda and lemon SE bhi koi farq nhi prta. Ab iska kia solution Hy? Mujhy laser whitening krwani chahiye?

you can get bleaching done. but systemic causes should also be ruled out.
You can go for whitening but it'll last a year. You can go for veneers but make sure they're veneers, not cap(crown) as there is much tooth loss in cap as compared to veneers.
