I'm facing yellowing of teeth from 4-5 years what's the best treatment for it ?

it depends if stains are extrinsic (like stain from food colouring like tea, coffee, becal quid (paan gutka) etc then it can be easily improved or completely removed by scaling and polishing. But if the cause of stains are intrinsic like florosis then you may required (bleaching) teeth whitening
