I got my crowns about 6 months ago from some other clinic. The first 2 months were fine, but since then I’ve been having problems. Whenever I eat, even soft food, there’s a cracking sound from the crowns. When I drink hot or cold things, my teeth feel like they contract and I get a popping or bubbling sensation. I also have sharp sensitivity and gum irritation after eating, as if food or liquid might be getting inside near the gum line.

take a radiograph opg also go to a near by dental hospital or that person which have fabricated your teeth for check up.as crowns are covered and there is no interdental area usually for cleaning so food cleansing is sometimes a problem in fused crowns usually.food sticking is common patient complaint.as you cannot clean them due to interdental area coverage.
radiograph is needed and visit nearest dentist
there is OPG required to access the exact condition whether rct is required or there is various lesion underneath the crown also clinical evaluation is must it's better to visit clinic.
