dandruff and hair fall is a hair condition which is common in people having dry and frizzy hair and or who wash their hair with warm water without conditioner use so u should wash your hair with lukewarm water not hot water or tap water room temperature and use the shampoo for dry hair antihairfall with the conditioner and wash your hair at least every 48 hrs means 2 days
