I've been a diabetic for a year now an no medicine seems to suit me. My question is from the experts that can we reverse Diabetes Type 2 with diet.
no it couldn't be reversed but it can b controlled with medicine and lifestyle changes,and dietary control...first of all you should visit a Doctor and go for HBA1C level test then discuss with medical specialist

It's very hard to reverse diabetes with diet only. But you can mange it with good diet lifestyle and medications and avoid further complications. And since it requires detailed counseling that's why appointment is a better option. I hope you got your answer
