during jogging sometimes i have to blink up my eyes, sometimes the vision of eye sight is ok and sometimes it is faded. then i again blink my eyes and i found it is ok. i got checked up my eyes from a specialist eye doctor. he told me that your eyes are dried up and he gave me medicines but the problem is same. what should i do
It gets dry due to exposure to air and sun.
Do wear sun protection glasses and use artificial tears
salam yes u must use artificial tears as ur dr advised ...plus protect ur
own tears by many ways like dnt put car AC blower direct on ur face
if computer user better to ve rest in betwen ...while even using cell phone
dnt use it in constant way fr hours...plus get checked ur diabetic status
and discuss about diffrent medications if u r using which can cause drynes
drynes is broad segment having tbousands of reasons...so better to b
evaluated and should get proper ways to get rid of it

one more question is that

one more question is that
