there can be many causes of dry eyes. need to get it checked out to know if its blephritis or MGD or what s causing the problem. yes there is need for some tear substitutes if the condition is so worse.
watering is possible after operation.check for any remaining stich. if any.
that pt may need probing n springing to open the tear duct.
