There are lots of reason for such symptoms after surgery. Most likely post operative galucoma occurs if the cataract was too mature and hard and alot of energy was required during phaco (laser) surgery. Thats resolves in a few days. Other causes may include post operative inflamation, damage to inner layer of cornea or infection for which a thourough examination is required
