Salam, I had a corneal transplant, it was rejected now I have big scar on my iris and almost see nothing from that eye, should I wear scleral lens and where could I get them in Karachi or Hyderabad?

it must not be scar on the Iris. It is rejected graft hence corneal graft scarring. You can avail regraft under immunomodulation conditions.
