Laser procedure itself doesn't require you to limit your activity. but if you have vitreous haemorrhage or neovessels hanging in your vitreous then you might need to restrict only strenuous activity. only your eye surgeon can tell you about this that how bad was condition of your retina. so better try contacting your primary eye surgeon as well.
