My son is having strabismus issue.. Its not by birth but during birth. His eye socket was also pulled back because he was delivered by pump. He had this pull oh his head bt his eye socket n veun was pulled back due to which one eye is a bit small and due to pulled vein there is no movement on one side from that eye.
