since when this have started? whats the patients weight? n how is his diet? does he take more fatty n fried food?is it associated with fever?

No it doesn't associate with fever, one year back he used to live in Dubai where he mostly eat fatty k fried food (cheesy pasta, pizza..), he is around 110 weight, he is hheightened too
Please do following tests LFTs Hbag Hcv. Abdominal ultrasound. Most probably he has fatty liver which in early stage can be reversed. Also do fasting sugar, And Ecg.
