I'm suffering from some problems. Irritation at lower left side of abdomen. Feel dizziness after exercise. Head remains heavy. Sometime heart beat skips. Kindly tell me about these symptoms and guide me about the concerned doctor. I am worried. Shukriya.
Hi there..u need proper evaluation,the history u provided is insufficient. Contact medical specialist plz.it can be anything it might be due to dehydration or excess exercise or any other problem
get your CBC and ecg done.

I would advise ultrasound of abdomen along with Doppler us of abdominal arterial vessels. Do perform CBC too & then it can be decided which specialist to consult.

I had gone through from all the basic tests about 1 and half year ago.
cbc test was ok.
ultrasound came up with fatty liver.
but the value of h.pylori Abs (IgG) was 66. Ref. value (Negative < 20)
the value of Typhidot IgG was 1.41 Ref. value (Negative< 0.9)
All these tests were recommended by doctor and also had treatment (15 days course).But still feels symptoms as mentioned already.
Always feels discomfort in head, chest and lower left side of abdomen.
Need suggestions.
