Anal Fissure

Question

I have anal fissure since 2014, Every time it appears again and again after one or two month, I am facing so much problem and life is disturbed. I used flagyl, GTN, Xylocen gel and Ciproxin tablets as suggested by doctors. But all is temporary cure. 
What should I do?
If i go for surgery, is there any complications? And after surgery will this not appear again ?
