it indicates that u have been infected with covid are there in body to overcome disease
Antibodies are reactive which means that you have either been exposed to covid in the past or that you have an active covid infection long enough for your body to make antibodies against it. Or that you got exogenous antibodies (through vaccine).
More specific test for Covid-19 active infection is a nasal swab PCR, which also has a false negative rate but that's our best bet right now.

Your antibodies are positive which means either you had been exposed to corona virus or you got yourself vaccinated. If you’re not vaccinated against covid then it means you were once a covid patient and now body has form antibodies against it
