Talk to General Practitioner on Concentrated Urine

i became very sick in oct 2020 .dr prescribed me surbex z and evion 600mg for 1 month and after that 2 months I got UTI he prescribed me some antibiotics like cefspan for 7 days twice daily i took that after that I didn't live without water only one hour gap between water is problematic for me plz my urince became concentrated and burning micturation starts he prescribed me multi vitamins surbex Z again that you should take them you will be fine all my reports are clear but after drinking a lot of water my urine is yellowish and concentrated. plz any dr prescribe me what is the reason and what should I do ? and one more question I stopped surbex Z 1 month ago and i have parasthesia tingling in all over my body since September and tinnitus also .kindly tell me is there any link between B complex vitamins and concentrated urine P.s what should I do ? I am not diabetic check my random glucose several times.
