Waalikum salam.
You are taking the right medicines for h.pylori infection.
Try to avoid milk and products containing milk 2 hours before and after taking the medicines. Take medicines with water and take your meals within 30 mins of taking medicines.
Doing this will hopefully help you. And complete the antibiotic course.

Your medicines are the correct treatment for H. pylori and safe with Citanew. Mild stomach pain, gas or anxiety can happen at first keep taking them for 14 days unless you get rash, fever, or breathing trouble then see a doctor
Ap ki doctor ne sahi medicine prescribe ki hain. Isko at least 2 weeks tak jari rakhain.
Avoid spicy food too.

Aoa. Klaricid can cause abdominal discomfort. Make sure to take Klaricid and nt tox with food and instead of Nexum take Cap Dexoo 60mg before breakfast as it has longer duration of action. Make sure to eat gut healthy diet no fatty foods. If problem still exists, contact directly please. Stay blessed.
these medicines are absolutely right for h pylori but due to side effects of klaricid these symptoms are present ,, you should complete your h pylori eradication course

For stomach take sugar rich cold sweet drinks. B12 , calcium and coenzyme Q10 and fish oil or krill oil magnesium glycinate or if constipated then magnesium oxide. take melatonin. and do everyday five minutes Quran reading and five times prayers and yoga for three minutes.
