Take half glass of water

1+1+1
then drink this half glass of water saying three times ALLAH with love ( like mother calls her child with love)
concerning no doubt but i think it will improve to some extent in few months ...continue physiotherapy and exercises for facial muscles..vitamin B12 will also help in repair of nerves as probably fascial nerve got partially damaged

At times nerve damages take more time to heal then usual..these are signs of a damaged nerve probaly due to disease by itself or during surgical treatment being in the proximity of neuroma..so keep doing fascial muscle exercise and some nerve repairing vitamins..to my knowledge that is the only solution..but a Neurologost opinion will be more appropriate

Walikum asalam I think u should start physiotherapy or some exercises for facial paralysis . U can also take a neurophysician review aswell regarding this.
need opinion of neurophysician
Regular and consistent physiotherapy can help you Inshallah but it would be very slow progression.
Thanku
