You have cyst in right ovary and left kidney also shows some element of obstruction, needs further work up after consult of a gynaecologist and urologist.
kindly use following medication
tab. enoxabid 400mg
1 tablet twice daily for 7 days
tab. voren 50mg
1 tablet twice daily for 5 days
syp. citralka
1 tablespoon in a glass of water thrice daily for 14 days
please revisit after 10 days of using medication
seems like u have stones in ur left ureter .. get ur ultrasound repeated and consult a urologist
There is Ureteic stone plus retention cyst , you need follow up , Meanwhile for pain you can take Tab Caflam 50 mg twice daily , tab Nuberol forte twice daily
you should visit a urologist as well as have kidney as well as Problems with your overy....
Your USG Report showing u have Suspected renal stone with ureteric stone which causing Hydronephrosis & also having cyst in ovary.. Don't intake enough water otherwise it worsens hydronephrosis..
Prescription:
Tab Novidate 500mg (2 times a day)
TAB Nospa (2 times a Day)
use Citrosoda Sachet (once a Daily) or Syrup Citralka..
