I have IBS (suffering from diarrhea when I was dinning out) dr diagnosed me as IBS few years ago those were cured it self or taking flagel few days. From 2 months I have persistant diarrhea along with abdominal pain, anal fissure and weight loss. I took flagel and novidate but no results then took 2 cap imodium but nothing helpful what should I do now

tab simbion (1 daily before sleep)
avoid spicy, oily foods
