how long hav u been taking and once aday .have u changed ur lifestyle like xercises 30 min aday for four days aweek with fresh green vegetables like cucumber carrot lettuce lemon and low fat diet avoid beef and it's food and fast food cigarette and smoking should be high BP at 34?? should have labs checked like urea creatinine serum electrolyte s vma..
it's not good if we shift BP med frequently u can increase dose to 10 mg twice daily
and follow it for 2weeks

nebivolol is a beta blocker and mostly not soley used for bp.
check your bp 2 time s a day , in a week and make a chart, avoid cafeine , exeecise, cut down carbs
