about one month ago i my bp got high for the first time in life it was 160/100 and my stomach got disturbed dr prescribed me some capsules for stomach to digest my food and it took me one month to recover from last night i got again high bp of 160/90 and i just felt like my heart isn't pumping and there was too much anxiety . what should i do age 21 hieght 5"2 and weight is 64 I couldn't sleep due to anxiety that maybe my i wouldn't be able to breathe even i just got up and walk as much as i can.

Is it only during periods of high anxiety that you have a raised BP? You should visit a doctor either physically or through an online consult to better guide u as at ur age the BP shouldn’t be that raised. Maybe the BP app is not right. More history is needed for a diagnosis

i got checked mybp through bp machine and it was accurate i got anxiety due to high bp not the bp due to anxiety

you need to get complete medical check to rule out causes of high blood pressure in such a young age.
get your appointment with Gen physician or online consultation with us.
Further investigation is needed.
and you should daily monitor your bp and write it down to show you dr so he guide you in better way.
First thing you need to do is to relax. Do not stress out. Bp can be raised for a while pr two. We will have to run few investigations but before that a full examination should be scheduled with a Medical Specialist. And if no illness is made better see a Clinical Psychologist. Thank you.
