Talk to General Practitioner on High Urine Albumin To Creatinine Ratio

My father recently undergo heart bypass 3 month before we just conduct his routine RFT and urine albumin creatinine ratio test ,although creatinine ratio. is in range and urine albumin ratio is 114 but our nephrologist not bother much about report and just increase sugar medicine xiga from 5mg to 10 mg and said it will be ok InshaAllah and not add extra medicine of kidney so just require yours opinion
