Good Afternoon, The tablet is a standard Anti depressant. However contrary to its name its not fast acting and has no effect if taken on “on-need” basis or when feeling down. In reality it may even cause some un-ease on initiation. It only shows effect if given for very long period 2-3 months. However it must never be initiated by patient themselves with high risk of Psychosis. Which is a very dangerous medical emergency.
