My aunt feels a lot of pin in his one knee she cannot even walk properly and mostly gets alot swollen legs, foot and body all the time she is unable to sleep, travel or do daily work she had a weight of 170 kg but now she hs reduced it to 120 after hard work but she went to a docto and dr said tht reduce weght otherwise there is no solution atleast doctor can give some medicines that can reduce her pain and swelling please help what should we do about this?

sec go for arthritis test, Calcium and vit D
uric acid is very high.. treat that.
for knee pain, it's either arthritis or soft tissue damage inside knee. need to see for examination and making a plan.
Uric acid levels are high
Should start some medication for it.
Start vit d and calcium supplements
Pain killers can be used when pain is not bearable
Some exercises can be suggested but first she should get her xrays done.

Doctor we have conducted some tests of her from chugtai sugar is normal, uric acid is 8.1 and bp is normal but if she doesn't take moederatic tablet her blood pressure remains unstble sometimes high and sometime low moedratic was given to her by an orthopedic also for swelling of body
