Hello, I'm 28 years old man, height 175 sm, weight74 kg. In recently i can't run, can't jump, and when walking on roads sometimes fall down. but i don't have any pain. also very difficulty climb to stairs. I gave anylasis follow by nerve Doctor's advice. you can see result from below ..... AST 155.99 ALT 211.43 but i don't have liver B, C virus. Creatine Kinase (CKL) 6869.00 U/L Myoglobin Gen.2(Myo) 547.90 ng/mL
Also we still couldn't know what is reason my leg muscle power very low /weak/.

plus you may need autoimmune workup , muscle biopsy and electromyography.
you need to see a specialist neurologist ; if it turns out to be autoimmune, you will need rheumatologist.

Try looking for a neurologist at a large tertiary care goverment hospital in Ulaanbataar .
Ulaanbataar medical general hospital or State Central Clinic Hospital or Third State Central Hospital of Mongolia which has a stroke centre so it should have neurologists there.
