assalamualaikum mujhy almost 3 month ho gye Hain jb mein sota hun to during sleep Meri right arm ya leg sun ho jati hai,aur almost 2 month se mujhy lower back pain bhi hai abhi 3 days se right leg mein pain aur numbness mehsoos ho rahi haii what is the reason?
