Needs to be examined. It can be pilonidal sinus fistulae or abscess. If there is fever chances are its an abscess. It will require incision and drainage and dressing every day. Use antibiotics like augmentine 1 gram twice a day and falgyl 400mg three times a day. Tab voltral 50 mg for pain.
