Asking For Self, Male 35, Karachi
Dear Concerned, Mild Mitral Regurgitation diagnosed in Echo, is it a serious threat? I am attaching my ECG and Echo reports for review and opinion, I am an anxiety and panic disorder patient and on SSRIs since three months, my diastolic blood pressure is around 90 while systolic is 110 in normal conditions, I'm very scared and anxious.
nothing to worry about
take a good relaxant
carry out Echo follow up yearly
also do Bp monitoring
being htn u should undergo some blood tests like serum electrolyte creatinine and BP checked at least in two different timing of week for a month to be labelled hypertensive two lower down stress do some xercise daily for 30min and add fresh vegetable and fruit and milk on daily basis take less junk food and drink less caffeinated drinks like cokes and take good sleep to do breathing xercises to relax yourself and follow again

Ma'am creatinine, ureaand electrolytes are in normal range, TSH and FT4 are also in range, only cholesterol is bit disturbed in which LDL and Serum Cholesterol are elevated, being an anxiety patient I'm worried about Mitral Regurgitation, I'm feeling some chest pain and shortness of breathe, now I'm confused whether this physical symptoms are of anxiety or of regurgitation.

Assalamualaikum. Please send more reports and previous dr prescriptions on my whatsapp: Zero three one five five zero five five zero zero two. Wassalam.
ECG SHOWS TACHYCARDIA. USUALLY MITRAL REGURGITATION DONT SHOW ANY SYMPTOMS
STAY RELAX, EXERCISE AND AVOID CAFEENE
MITRAL REGURGITATION IS WHEN MILD THERE IS NOTHING TO DO
No mees to worry at this point. Mild MR mostly remains insignificant throughout life.
