meri mother ye prescription use kar rahi hain for neuro issues, but from last 6 months se un ke body main shaded pain hai. us ke leye Panadol Extra or Sanaxamol Extra Use karti hain but phir bhe faida ni ho raha
Get her baseline tests done includin CBC;ESR, CRP, acid, Urea creatinine; LFTs , Urine DR
She is not taking neuro medicine rather antipsychotic or anti depredsants only..

Check her fever and if it's OK then make her sit in sunlight in morning and evening for 30 minutes each. As she is under psychiatric treatment so seek her Doctor's advice for whether to use Ensure milk, Vital-d, syrup Lysovit or Cac1000. Don't self medicate.
