Dear Respectable Doctors, My Name is Zeeshan, 35 years old and I am living in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. About one and half years ago I started facing numbness issue on my whole right side body. This attack usually lasts 3-5 minutes. I consulted Neurologist, cardiologist and general physician. These doctors did MRI, ECG and CBC for me. All the reports were Ok at that time. After 6 months, I had sudden hearing loss from right ear permanently. It took almost two months for my body to recover as I was not able to control the body balance. Now after one year I am again facing the numbness attack on my left arm and face. I visited General physician and ENT. ENT dr told me to consult neurologist as it seems to be related to brain. I consulted neurologist and she did creatinine Test and MRI for me, again the reports are good , she told me to visit again to ENT as it is not related to Brain and seems to be related with your ear. Thank you for your reply, after taking the steroids medicines from that day ( August 2019) there is a beep in my ear, My father had diabetes type 2 and hyper tension.

Last year when I had sudden hearing loss, at that time I also suffered from vertigo nausea and vomiting. I consulted ENT and they gave me high dose steroids for 1 month. After that they told me that it has been lost permanently, no need to take medicine anymore.

Thank you for your reply, yes my eyes side is weak around 0.50 for both I can’t see far objects. Yes some time do experiencing headache twice a week for one side only.
