Are you constipated most of the times?? Are you taking fibres in diet ? Take isphagul husk daily. I am assuming that since you got operated so work up must be done to rule out any other possibility .. right ? So the most common reason that causes haemorrhoids is constipation. You need to change your dietary regimen.

You should check your HB by test CBC...! Use GTN cream, sitz bath and Dicloran tab and xylocain tube for information about use and timing please consult online with me ...!

Amount of blood, is it fresh blood or old? Kitni episodes hain? Get ur CBC done and along with report consult online for time being take nonspicy food avoid constipation use syp Duphalac and consult further as proper history is important
