The condition is known as Peyronie's disease. There's no known treatment for Peyronie's disease yet. However, there are many options you can try.

1. Take Acetyl L Carnitine one gram twice a day with Coenzyme Q10 twice a day for 3 months or more. You can take brufen 400 mg for pain.

2. Do gentle stretching for 3 to 5 min 3 X a day.

3. Consult a competent urologist asap for further management, as he might advise intra lesional injections of verapamil for a long period of time. He might also advise penile extenders, which you will need to buy online.

4. Manage your stress. The outcome will depend on your own attitude towards the problem.

Keep in mind that the condition can not be fixed 100% and you will have to live with it. The objective is to minimize further damage and prevent further progression of the problem
