First of all focus on symptomatic management like fever k liye panadol 2tabs every 4 to 6 hrs but if the fever is high grade not controlled by oral medication switch to I.v provas ,,,dehydration ko prevent karain drink plenty of fluids and b4 switching to I.v antibiotics first go for MP and blood culture
