if he complains of persistent pain especially rt. abdomen ,vomitting,yellowish discoloration of eyes or dark yellow urine then it's advisable to go for cholecystectomy(removal of the gall bladder)

Yes its cholelithiasis and liver enzymes are elevated aswell . U should consult a physician for proper management and treatment .If he is having symptoms like pain or vomiting or yellow discolouration of skin then we have to manage accordingly
